Leadership

Meet Bianca, a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 25 years of expertise in building systems design and project management. Born to Haitian immigrants in Montreal, Canada, she earned her Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University before relocating to the US for a prestigious engineering role in San Francisco. Now based in New York, Bianca excels as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager, delivering quality projects on time and within budget. Her specialties include sustainable design, leadership, and team collaboration.

Outside or working and running her business, Bianca is also a foodie, world traveler, and an aficionado of art and photography. Beyond engineering and project management, she finds joy in embracing her cultural roots through folkloric dance classes from the African Diaspora, specializing in Haitian, West-African, Cuban, and Brazilian styles. Bianca is a proud member of the all women-led Brazilian Percussion Group, Batalà New York.

Adding another feather to her cap, Bianca is a published author, with her inaugural book titled "Teddy's Great New York City Adventure" making its debut in 2021. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with a vibrant spirit, sets Bianca Celestin apart as a multifaceted professional making waves in both the engineering and artistic realms.

Bianca is also delighted to be a board member of the Haitian Women’s Alliance.
