The ERW project is an improvement and redevelopment of an approximately 2-mile portion of the East River Waterfront that extends from Peter Minuit Plaza at the southern tip of Manhattan to East River Park on the Lower East Side. The Esplanade and Piers Project includes the following Project Components: The Esplanade, Pier 15 and Pier 35. Mechanical Engineer on above mentioned buildings, scope of work was to provide shell and core MEP services for future retail and/or restaurant.
