Design Engineer through the design development phase of a new 1 million square feet governmental office and retail development that comprises two nine-story towers and a 40-story tower. This new development was designed to incorporate energy efficient design features such as a ground water source cooling and heating plant using a canal as a heat source and sink. Other features included chilled beams combined with underfloor air distribution (ventilation air), heat recovery, grey water and photovoltaic.
