Project manager for a tenant fitout for a financial advisory firm in the heart of midtown, New York City.  M/E/P/FP engineering design services for renovation of approximately 15,000 SF on 12th floor.

Scope of work was to provide a new A/C system for client spaces, provide a new A/C system for south facing team/break-out spaces, replace an existing floor-mounted A/C unit, replace and provide additional ceiling mounted A/C unit serving the IT closet.
