Northeast Asia Trade Tower, New Songdo City, Incheon, Korea

Mechanical Engineer for through the design development phase of a new 1,200,000ft², 65-story tower located at New Songdo City. The lower third of the tower was to be Class A office space, the middle portion of the building was to be a 6-star hotel and the upper floors of the tower was to be luxury residential.
